Exquisite Pain
Exquisite pain,
A love that permeates
The atoms of my consciousness,
Filling the nano-particles
Of all my bodies,
Turning me inside out,
Expanding and opening
The spaces of elusive matter,
Connecting heart and mind
In nothing less than Joy.
All this brought to me
In the practice of Sensation.
